Description
The scope of work includes the subdivision of two large spaces to create multiple smaller offices. All floor,wall and ceiling finishes are to be removed within the limits of the work. Gyp board on the existing perimeter walls will remain. The expanded storage room (Storage 106) will impact the lobby tray ceiling. The existing perimeter soffit is to be removed where the storage room expands. The existing acoustical panel ceiling is to remain and be modified to accommodate the new soffit.
