The City of Central Falls (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified engineering firms to develop a Comprehensive Wastewater Facility Plan (WWFP) in connection with the City’s sewer and stormwater collection systems as described in greater detail below. Firms will be evaluated based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of engineering services needed. The most qualified firm will be selected, subject to negotiations of fair and reasonable compensation in a final written Engineering Services Agreement (ESA).
