The U.S Embassy Bujumbura, Burundi has a requirement to buy a prefabricated laundry room featuring the following specifications
- Six washers (220 volt)
- Six dryers (220 volt)
- Storage cabinet with folding space
- Four additional 22--volt outlets
- Fiber-reinforced plastic panels are moisture, scratch, and dent resistant for easy cleaning
- Slip resistant, easy to clean flooring
- Energy efficient LED lighting
- 4000 lumen
- 50 watt
- Energy STAR listed options
- Additional storage cabinets/shelves available

NOTES:
- The subject of the quotation must be “Quotation Enclosed: PR15049236:Pre-fabricated laundry room
- Only electronic quotations are accepted. They must be emailed by the deadline to BujProcurement@state.gov
- Value Added Tax (18%) must be included as a separate line item (if applicable)
- Interested vendors should be registered in SAM and should be NDAA 899 compliant on the submission date of the quote.
- Quotations must specify the delivery lead-time and delivery location.
