Description
The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Johns Creek, Georgia (¿City¿), to obtain proposals from experienced and qualified design-build contractors to provide comprehensive services for the Newtown Park Clubhouse Expansion project. This includes all necessary design, engineering, permitting, and construction services required to complete the project in accordance with the City¿s objectives, schedule, and budget. The intent is to select a contractor who can deliver a turnkey solution that enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the existing clubhouse facilities at Newtown Park.
