The Guam Visitors Bureau (“GVB”), a public, non-stock, non-profit membership corporation, is soliciting proposals from professional and experienced individual (not limiting to company or agency) to be GVB’s JAPAN MARKET CONSULTANT to assist GVB in developing a long term comprehensive, forward-looking strategy and tactical execution roadmap that aims to reposition Guam as a premier travel destination, specifically targeting and increasing demand from the Japanese outbound travel market. This RFP represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the revitalization of Guam’s tourism sector by capturing the imagination and interest of Japanese travelers.
