The Town of Dauphin Island Alabama, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Post ? Disaster Substantial Damage Assessment. Sealed proposals will be received at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, Al, 36528 until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, March 13, 2026, and then publicly opened. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP document. Proposers must be authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. Proposal documents will be on file and may be seen in the Town Clerk's Office of the Town of Dauphin Island at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, AL 36528 or requested by email at wsandagger@townofdauphinisland.org.

POST DISASTER SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
The Town of Dauphin Island Alabama, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Post
Disaster Substantial Damage Assessment. Sealed proposals will be received at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville
Blvd., Dauphin Island, Al, 36528 until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, March 13, 2026, and then publicly
opened. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP document. Proposers must be
authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. Proposal documents will be on file and may be seen
in the Town Clerk's Office of the Town of Dauphin Island at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin
Island, AL 36528 or requested by email at wsandagger@townofdauphinisland.org.
No proposal will be considered unless the proposer, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is
properly qualified to submit a proposal for this type of work in accordance with all applicable laws of the
State of Alabama. In addition, non-residents of the State, if a corporation, shall show evidence of having
qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in the State of Alabama.
Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes or packages, addressed to Town Clerk, Wanda
Sandagger, and labeled on the outside "Post Disaster Substantial Damage Assessment" along with
Company name.
The Town of Dauphin Island reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Town is an Equal
