The Department of Agriculture intends to enter into an agreement up to $33,000.00 with Pace Analytical Services, LLC for ISM Lab Preparation Analysis

Pace is the only provider of Dioxins/Furans Full List (17 compounds) soil analysis in state contract S-792(5), which is why MDA has established a PO with Pace for this analysis. It is advantageous to purchase lab preparation services, such as the drying, sieving, milling, and sub sampling required in ISM prep from the same lab providing the dioxin analysis. Pace Analytical Services, LLC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary ISM Lab Preparation. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
