Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 70FBLA25Q00000018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 561990 and the small business size standard is 16.5 million. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is anticipating awarding a firm fixed-price purchase order for the following items.
This procurement will be awarded under a LPTA basis.
All services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Please ensure that pricing is provided for all CLINs, including the base period and option periods. If your pricing remains consistent across all option periods, please clearly indicate this within your quote.
The Government estimates but does not guarantee the volume of services required during the period of performance. The Government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of containers, number of locations and/or document destruction service schedule specified in the price/cost schedule.

Shred bins shall be delivered 24 hours after receipt of order and shall be shipped together or sooner. Vendor shall provide a point of contact, delivery date, and shipping tracking number.

Responses to questions will be returned as soon as practicable.

The Period of Performance is from September 01, 2025 through August 31, 2026 (twelve (12) months; and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods.
Option One shall be from September 01, 2026 through August 31,2027.
Option Two shall be from September 01, 2027 through August 31,2028.
Option Three shall be from September 01, 2028 through August 31, 2029.
