Weslaco ISD is currently accepting proposals for the above listed.

Proposals must be submitted Electronically thru IONWAVE; mailed or hand delivered packages will not be accepted.

All Proposals will be opened on the date and time specifically listed in this proposal. Proposal Opening will be conducted virtually through the use of a Google Meeting. The link will be posted on our website at www.wisd.us/resources/bids-and-proposals.  This virtual opening is available to the public at which time all proposals will be opened; during the opening only the vendor name and the location will be read out loud.

Our electronic bid system ION Wave will not accept submittals after the published date and time.  Weslaco ISD is not responsible for proposals not meeting the deadline.

The awarding of the proposal will take place at the WISD public school board meeting. The Weslaco ISD School Board reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District.
