The purpose of this project is to remove the existing exterior stucco cladding at multiple designated locations and replace it with fiber cement Hardie Plank siding or approved equivalent. The work includes demolition, surface preparation, installation of weather resistive barrier, flashings, rainscreen supports, Hardie Plank siding, trims, sealants, and related finishing.
