NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)

Agency: 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB)

Location: Laughlin AFB/Del Rio, TX

Synopsis:

The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin AFB intends to award, on a competitive basis limited to Small Businesses, a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for hunting blinds. Based on the non-complex nature of the requirement and its low dollar value, the Government intends to utilize oral solicitations outlined within FAR 13.106-1(c). A formal solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov.

Compliance with FAR 5.101(a)(1): The Government has already identified two or more vendors who are eligible for this requirement and are a Small Business. This notice is being posted solely to comply with the requirements of FAR 5.101.

Opportunity for Future Consideration:

To be considered for future requirements solicited orally, interested firms MUST submit a Capabilities Statement and any other supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer via email valentin.figueroa@us.af.mil no later than five (5) calendar days from the date of this posting.
