The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as United States Post Office. It was constructed in 1907. The building conditions assessment will focus on the exterior of the building and include information about needed repairs along with cost estimates.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) provides information on the scope of the project and the information to aid in preparing responses. All inquiries regarding this RFQ must be in writing and submitted to the Town Clerk listed by the date identified in the project timeline. To be considered, submissions must comply with the requirements outlined in this document. Submission Deadline: December 22nd, 2025 at 5:00 pm (EST).
