The Contractor shall perform concrete overlay on approximately 15,000 square feet of existing concrete and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, licenses, bonds, and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), located at 100 Main St. San Quentin, CA 94964.
