The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from qualified entities for the delivery of Core Domestic and Sexual Violence Services to Loudoun County residents during the contract period. Types of services will include, but are not limited to:

A. 24-Hour Crisis Hotline and Lethality Assessment Protocol (LAP Line) Programs

B. Domestic and Sexual Violence (DSV) Emergency Safe Sheltering and Support Services

C. Advocacy/Accompaniment Services
