The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (âRFPâ), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide audit services for the Economic Development Authority of Henrico County, Virginia (hereafter referred to as the âEDAâ, the âAuthorityâ, or the âCountyâ) so that the EDA will comply with the audit requirements of Virginia Code §§ 15.2-4904(F) and 30-140, and the Specifications for Audits of Authorities, Boards and Commissions promulgated by the Auditor of Public Accounts in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.
