The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows:
Short Title: Video Surveillance System Maintenance, Upgrade and Expansion for Chillicothe VAMC
NAICS 561621: Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths)
Place of Performance: Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC)
Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year and four (4) options years if exercised summarized as follows:
Base Year: 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026
Option Year One (OY1): 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027
Option Year Two (OY2): 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028
Option Year Three (OY3): 1 February 2028 to 31 January 2029
Option Year Four (OY4): 1 February 2029 to 31 January 2030
