Nowell Recreation Center Gym ¿ Multi-Sport Athletic Floor System

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for a Multi-Sport Athletic Floor System, at the Nowell Recreation Center Gym located at 201 West Spring Street, Monroe, GA 30655.

Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 31, 2025. A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on site at 201 West Spring Street, at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must attend meeting.

A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman¿s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
