This term contract consists of sewer pipe and manhole lining rehabilitation to be provided as needed by the City throughout the year. Work orders will be assigned by the Department of Water Resources. The initial term of this contract shall begin July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; with the option to renew up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement. Price increases may only be negotiated at the time of contract renewal and shall remain valid for each 12 month period. The City reserves the right to use more or less of the services contained within the awarded contract and in the event that the Contractor cannot supply needed services, the City reserves the right to seek services from another source to meet the immediate need.
