time the bid proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read in the DPMC Offices, Division of
Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608.

Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No Bidder may withdraw its
bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with
applicable law.
ALL BONDS FOR THIS PROJECT HAVE BEEN WAIVED
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-
7.2:
THE MINORITY PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 53%
PER SKILLED CRAFT.
THE FEMALE PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 6.9%
PER SKILLED CRAFT.
