Bass Holl Boardwalk Repairs

The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids for the Bass Hole Boardwalk Repairs project.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 PM on May 26, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“BID ENCLOSED FOR – BASS HOLE BOARDWALK REPAIRS.”

Bid specifications can be reviewed and obtained from the Town of Yarmouth Website, Doing Business page at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx beginning May 7, 2026.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder shall furnish a fifty percent (50%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond. Prevailing wage rates apply.

This procurement is conducted pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M, and the Contract shall be awarded to the lowest eligible and responsible bidder.

Prevailing wage rates apply to this project pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 26–27D. OSHA 10-hour training certification is required pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39S.
