Summary

In general, the successful bidder will provide janitorial services for the Wastewater Collections Department and shop located at 310 E. D Street in Pueblo. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, administration, training, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and standard janitorial equipment necessary to perform the work outlined in the Scope of Service.

Background

The Wastewater Department is comprised of 1 smaller restroom, 1 large restroom, hallway, breakroom, 3 office areas, and 1 large shop area (north side of bu ilding).

Meet in the front hallway of the Wastewater Collections Division at 310 E. D Street in Pueblo. A City representative will guide bidders through the Wastewater Collection areas and shop; prospective bidders must stay with the group and are not to be in the building unescorted.

Bidders must take their own measurements, pictures, and notes at each location!
