ADDENDUM NO. 6
Dear Proponents,
This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of
interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum
No. 6. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.

Having said that, we are a bit confused as to why there are two mobilizations
if this is the same base bid.
Bid Item #40 mobilization/demobilization under the Colibri Sewer Re-route
shall be struck and removed entirely and will be considered “NOT USED”.
Bid Item No. #1 for Mobilization and demobilization shall be for the entirety
of the project, including the SR-14 Sewer Interceptor and Colibri Sewer Re-
route.
We are in receipt of Addendum No. 5, and the note requiring interior coatings
was removed from the Bid Items #9, 10, and 11. However, it is still calling for
interior coatings on the Colibri Reroute manholes, Items #52 and 53.
The Bid Item descriptions of Bid Items #52 and 53 shall be revised to strike
and removed “interior epoxy coating” from the bid item descriptions. There
will be no interior coatings required for manholes on this project.

Please add this Addendum No. 6 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents
and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original
interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Responders are reminded that any questions or need
