APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is a sole source commercial requirement. Due to the circumstances described herein, the activity requests
authority to acquire AY25 MGSU CFBA using Other Than Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) prescribed by FAR
13.106-1(b)(1).This acquisition will result in the award of a new contract, with a need date of 10 January 2025 for the
AY25 MGSU CFBA .
The Middle GA State University CFBA program is the only program that meets the customer's needs and
expectations which focus on applied learning, coursework, improve processes, and drive efficiency. No other
program known to WR-ALC/OBH provides this extensive training which benefits Robins AFB by equipping these
high-level candidates with the tools needed to become better leaders. The program will advance and motivate
these leaders within their organizations to focus on their processes, policies, and resources. Learning these skills will
allow Robins' participants to solve obstacles and refine processes across Robins AFB. Attempts at finding alternative
sources have not been successful.
This source provides a specialized curriculum via distance learning and in person.
