Hazardous Waste Disposal service procurement for the VA Black Hills Health Care System.

The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity award to provide services to the Black Hills Health Care System, 113 Comanche Rd., Ft. Meade, SD 57741.

The period of performance is 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2031 with 4 ordering periods.

This solicitation replaces RFP 36C26326R0067 as a result of correcting issues on the past solicitation. Questions received under the past solicitation are answered under this solicitation. See attached answers. No additional questions will be received.

Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 12:00pm Central time on 08/14/2026. Quotes are required to be emailed to cameron.rick@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
