Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department will receive sealed bids until, Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on the following:
Professional Janitorial Services for the North Little Rock Justice Center
Mandatory Site Visit will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., and Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the NLR Justice Center at #1 Justice Center Drive, North Little Rock.
Specifications and required bid forms may be secured from the Commerce Department, 700 West 29th Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov . The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
