Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is Killingholme, U.K. The laydays commence 28 April and cancel 29 April 2025, and the period of performance will be about 30 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
