Bid Package:
Complete project includes construction of new office space, secure storage, specialized
systems, and related site utility work for the Patrol Division. Crucially, this work will be
performed adjacent to and/or tied into an active, high-security secure facility.
Pre-Bid Walk: April 14th, 2026 at 9:00AM prevailing Mountain Time. Please meet outside the front
entrance doors across from the oval parking lot.
Bid Due:
April 21st, 2026 at 2:00 PM prevailing Mountain Time where upon the bids will be
opened
Bids may be submitted electronically or delivered in a sealed envelope

Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc., Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for Utah
County, is requesting bids for the Utah County Jail – Patrol Office Expansion in accordance with the plans
and specifications as prepared by GSBS Architects.
Project bid documents for this bid package will be available at the office of the construction manager
March 30th. All bidders need to register with the CM in order to receive full documents and future
addendum. Contact Jennifer Wilhelm (801-951-7284 or jwilhelm@hoganconstruction.com) to make
arrangements to receive bidding documents.
All project correspondence including RFI's, clarifications requests and product approval requests must
be emailed to Ross Cox ( rcox@hoganconstruction.com ). All correspondence must include proper
backup with clear description of questions/request and references to plan pages, details, specification
sections, etc.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals or to waive any formality or
technicality deemed in its best interest. Qualifications may be requested, before or after the bid date,
of any bidder.
