RFP: PF-JOCC-2026-SE / Facilities - Southeast 2026 Job Order Construction Contract

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for Facilities -Southeast 2026 Job Order Construction Contract, Project Number PF-JOCC-2026-SE, will be received before 4:00 p.m., April 22, 2026 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to State-owned facilities in southeast Alaska. The Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.

The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via teleconference. Please contact the Project Manager, Nicholas Brehm, at (907) 451-5384 or nicholas.brehm@alaska.gov at least 48 hours prior to the conference to RSVP and obtain the meeting call-in information.

Proposal documents and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
