The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is the procurement of construction services to renovate an existing storage/office facility and to construct a new pre-engineered metal storage building.The County of Roanoke, on behalf of the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors (hereinafter referred to as âOwnerâ), invites any qualified Bidder to respond to this IFB by submitting a Bid for such work, service, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth.A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on August 12, 2025 at the site located at 5305 Hollins Road, Roanoke, VA 24019.
