The City of Rockville, Maryland is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the City’s Cross-Connection Control Plan. Specific guidance is needed to ensure the plan is in compliance with state and federal guidelines for “high hazard” facilities, ensuring compliance procedures meet regulatory requirements, and reviewing and improving the existing Emergency Response Plan to a Cross Connection Incident in an event of a cross- connection event.
