Sale of Real Property

Pursuant to § 272.001(a) of the Texas Local Government Code, Carroll Independent School District, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereafter "Seller") provides the public notice of the sale of real property and invitation to bid on real property owned by the Seller, Sale of Real Property, RFP 26-08-04-01.

The location and description of the Property is as follows:

Description: Carroll ISD No. 1 Addition Block 1, Lot 1. The property consists of approximately 40 acres. Property shall include improvements to the property, including the existing school campus, totaling 132,000 square feet known as Durham Intermediate School. Property shall not include any personal property not permanently affixed to the land.

Location:  Property is located at 801 Shady Oaks Dr., Southlake, TX 76092.

RFP/Bid package information may be found on the District’s electronic bid system Ionwave https://southlakecarroll.ionwave.net/ . Responses are due prior to 2:00 P.M. (CST) Friday, August 28, 2026. It is preferred that responses are submitted electronically through Ionwave. Hard copies can be mailed or dropped off to Carroll ISD, Attn: Purchasing, 2400 N. Carroll Ave., Southlake, TX 76092

Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as Seller may decide or as provided by the Texas Government Code.  Seller reserves the right to extend the deadline or cancel the sale of real property at any time.
