5740- New Rochelle “Clean Streets” Program Services

The City of New Rochelle and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID) are seeking bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide daily outdoor maintenance services for two (2) separate areas/zones of the City of New Rochelle, as detailed herein.

Each zone has its own scope of work, oversight, and budget. Each entity will contract independently with the vendor awarded for their respective zone. It is our intent to award in-whole or in-part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the NRBID and City as determined by the City of New Rochelle.

The two (2) zones are broken into Zone A – NRBID and Zone B -The City

The City reserves the right to amend the RFB based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the RFB submission deadline.  Responses to all questions will be posted on the City’s website no later than 4:30 pm December 2, 2024.
