The intent of these specifications is to describe the performance requirements of mowing, litter control and other ground landscape maintenance. It is also the intent under these specifications that the Contractor shall provide a complete and professional job on each assignment given to them by the Water Utilities Department.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
