This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, Request for Quote. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing a response.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to identify qualified small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses [SDVOSB], and Women-Owned Small Businesses [WOSB]) capable of performing the control tower roof replacement project described below. The results of this market research will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including whether a small business set-aside is warranted.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION & SYNOPSIS
This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment for the complete replacement of the structural standing seam metal roofing system on the Control Tower Building (also known as the Operating House Building) located at Mosquito Creek Lake in Cortland, OH.
The contractor will be required to complete all work within 365 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed (NTP).
