The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services, Office of Procurement Services (OPS), hereinafter referred to as âCommonwealthâ or âDGSâ is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of the DGS Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services (DCLS), with the purpose of establishing a firm price Contract with one (1) qualified source that can provide Sanger Sequencing Testing Supplies manufactured by Life Technologies or agency approved equivalent, to DCLS. The initial term of the Contract is two (2) years from date of service commencement with three (3) additional successive one (1) year renewal options in accordance with the terms outlined herein under the Special Terms and Conditions entitled âInitial Termâ and âContract Renewal
