Washington State University is conducting this procurement action under the authority granted by RCW 28B.10.029(1)(c)(iii). Scope of Work: WSU is looking to contract a traffic control company to setup and staff control measures for the RV’s that position off-campus and before we allow them to park on campus before Sat Games.
