Notice is hereby given that the City of Killeen will receive sealed bids for Street Construction Materials electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 . Mailed bid submissions must be plainly marked with the name and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 25-09 , Street Construction Materials , 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 ”.

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

A pre-bid conference will not be held.

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), through Wednesday, November 27, 2024 , at 2:00 pm . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
