Description:
Furnish& install 3-ton split system w/ heavy-duty indoor coil above drop ceiling w/ heavy-duty coil in outside heat pump.Furnish/install 3-ton air handler,all req'd refrigerant piping line sets,all condensate pumps/piping,airtight sealed supply/return plenums,trapped drain connection w/ ceiling safety devices &drain pan,concrete pad for outdoor unit,new smart thermostat, outdoor disconnect,remove/reinstall ACT ceiling, lighting,metal duct work for access. Start up/ Test for operation.
