The proposal due date has been extended from September 2, 2026, to September 9, 2026.

Offerors that have previously submitted proposals shall resubmit their complete proposal package to Caroline Jones at cjones@fnal.gov. Offerors may revise or update their previously submitted proposals prior to the revised proposal due date. The most recent proposal received by the revised deadline will be considered the Offeror's final proposal for evaluation.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG), operating Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois, is soliciting competitive proposals for data center cleaning services. The Contractor will provide routine and specialized cleaning services for several data center facilities, including cleaning of floors, raised access flooring, equipment areas, offices, and other designated areas, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW).

A site visit is scheduled for August 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. Questions are due by August 26, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Central Time. Proposals are due by September 2, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Central Time.

The solicitation and all attachments are available with this notice. Interested offerors shall follow the proposal submission instructions contained in the RFP.
