Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, testing, re-testing, and certification services of backflow devices, pumps, and pressure regulators on water systems.
