Description
The City of Spokane, through its Water & Hydroelectric Services Department is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing an upgrade of the existing SCADA systems, software at the Upriver Facility . It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
