By this Invitation for Bids (âIFBâ), the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors (hereinafter the âCountyâ) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors (herein referred to interchangeably as âContractorâ or âBidderâ) to establish a firm fixed price contract with Contractor to furnish, deliver, supply, install all necessary labor, and materials associated with the completion of any and all necessary or appropriate associated work at thesite (âSite Workâ) in accordance with the specifications, Plans (as defined below), terms and conditions stated herein for a burn building/ fire training building (the âBuildingâ or the âBurnBuildingâ).
