| Notes | It is the intent of this formal Request for Applications (RFA) to receive Proposals from qualified Proponents to perform the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) Specialized Medicaid Mobility Services (SMMS). The RTC created, and coordinates the SMMS program with the intention of establishing local Service Provider (SP) partnerships to contain the cost of, and daily demand on, RTC ADA Paratransit service during peak hours. As well, the SMMS program is coordinated annually to provide transportation services at a lower cost to local seniors and persons with disabilities. |
