Notes
This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to

complete the project MUNI COURT REMODEL as described in the specifications and shown in the

plans. Work includes the alteration of various areas within the existing Municipal Court. These

alterations include demolition of existing walls and facilities and the construction of new walls

and facilities to achieve the new floor plan layout. This work will include framing, electrical,

plumbing, fire sprinklers and alarms, HVAC, and drywall, texture and paint, and the construction

of new suspended ceilings along with millwork, doors, and hardware. This work shall also include

generating necessary plans to submit for a no-cost Boulder City Building Permit and obtaining the

building permit.
