Wastewater Engineering Services

The Town of Coeymans is seeking qualified firms or contractors to provide professional engineering and grant writing services in connection with a Wastewater Improvement Project.

Bidders should be familiar with the local Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), Water Infrastructure Improvement (WIIA) and Green Innovation Program (GIP); Office of Community Renewal (OCR) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); United States Department of Rural Agriculture (USDA) Water and Environmental Program (WEP) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) grant/loan program requirements and regulations relevant to an infrastructure planning and engineering design project.

The Town of Coeymans will rank the responses received on an evaluation of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services required. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”), Section 3 business concerns and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (“SDVOB”) are encouraged to submit their proposals. The Town of Coeymans reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to conduct interviews at its sole discretion. Responses must be received via mail or hand delivery, on or before 12:00 p.m. on July 3, 2025 , at the Town of Coeymans Town Hall (Attention: Candace McHugh, Town Clerk).
