The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (the “Commission”) requests proposals from highly professional, cooperative and responsive entities to serve as both a master loan servicer and sub-servicer with a successful secondary market and efficient conduit operation enabling continued growth of the Commission’s Programs and increasing access to homeownership for low- to moderate-income families.
