In accordance with the New York State Thruway Authority’s commitment to increase opportunities for certified Minority-owned, Women-owned, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned businesses and pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law §2879, the Thruway intends to procure the above mentioned commodity/service.

This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veterans’ Services Law .

The respondent must (1) identify itself as an MWBE or SDVOB in its response and (2) be registered with the NYS Department of State as an entity authorized to conduct business in New York State.
