Commerce RFP to solicit proposals from those with expertise in electric power system analysis and planning, resource adequacy, transmission planning, clean energy transition analysis, and regional energy markets to conduct a comprehensive analysis of replacement electricity generation and grid reliability services currently provided by the Lower Snake River Dams.
