Commerce RFP to solicit proposals from those with expertise in electric power system analysis and planning, resource adequacy, transmission planning, clean energy transition analysis, and regional energy markets to conduct a comprehensive analysis of replacement electricity generation and grid reliability services currently provided by the Lower Snake River Dams. The procurement will follow the proviso as provided in ESSB 5998 Section 131 (4)(a).
