Project Description: ANTHC is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for providing Independent Cost Estimating services. ANTHC projects may include water and sanitation scopes and/or energy projects and can be delivered through Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, Construction Manager at Risk or Progressive Design-Build or any other method deemed appropriate by ANTHC.
